For early stage or developing charities and social enterprises across England and Wales. Your organisation is likely to have an annual income of under £100,000. There are 80 places on this programme, across four locations. 

This programme is for organisations:
  • that are based in, and have a majority of beneficiaries in England or Wales
  • whose work helps people access or sustain a home - some or all of which should be in the private rented sector or reduces homelessness and rough sleeping.
  • that are likely early stage and have a business model which has been piloted and needs support to develop further and get to market. Annual income is likely to be under £100,000 in the last financial year.
